not so bad!
I decided to have a
60th Birthday Party with the
Steampunk theme. Although, we didn't get all the steampunk decorations and costume adornments finished in time, we had a blast. Family and neighbors joined us to celebrate my big number event,
I'm still sticking to being only 35, it's my choice don't ya know?
Here are a few pics of the happenings, I wish.... I could share all the photo's, so much talent on the outfits, I felt like we went back in time.
A dear friend..... took all the photos for me so they came out amazing with faces and bodies rather than just fingers or noses. Below is Jack with the Birthday girl "me", oh that number on my hat saying 60, just pretend its not there.

Someone funny put this around on a table, sheeesh, funny people, grinning!
The pen below was made by one of my neighbors, I love anything pink and black so this was perfect.
Such a fun time, the costumes everyone made and wore were all amazing, and I now have a lifetime of memories.
I'm so glad, I changed my mind and agreed to have a party. One of my neighbors gave me one of her handcrafted jewelry pieces that she makes, love it.
My daughter made the sign and my banner, plus these great Orbs to hang from the tent, due to the Birthday girl falling before the party, no set up, before guest photos, sorry.
Everyone had name tags with there Steampunk name and AKA real name below just in case the Birthday girl didn't get around to introduce everyone.
I made mason jars for everyone with their names, however, must remember chalk board vinyl markers on chalk board vinyl runs with moisture lol, good thing for the laminated name tags.
So.... now that I'm in the 60's club, off I go to rest up a bit, enjoy..Blessings and hugs to all, Lori m
