Pillows.....

Something other than a card day, for me.  I've been inspired by Pinterest and bloggers to give sewing a running chance.

My first attempt at making an applique using my Cricut Maker to cut the material out and then apply it to a pillow, I was making as a gift.

The Elephant design is one from the Cricut Design Space, I just searched Elephants till I found one I liked.

I'm pleased with my first go at it and hope to try more along the way. Sewing is fun, another crafting outlet to challenge me.

Here's my Elephant Pillow....

Enjoy...Happy Friday to all...blessings and hugs, Lori m

Do you....

can goods?

A new adventure my way, a way to preserve tasty foods and enjoy a bit of freshness during the long drab winter months.

Canning also saves dollars and saves my body from all the additives that cause havoc on my system.

With much help in the whole canning process from start to finish.....I will admit....I'm very pleased with the end results.

I decided to cut out material and make some labels for the lids when sharing the goodies.  Of course, I had to use my shepherds picture on my labels its only fair as he does help taste test the apples and things. lol.

Here's my first digital scrapbook page.

Enjoy....blessings and hugs, Lori m

Wreaths...

anyone?  I tried a new easier way of making a quick and simple door wreath. First time trying my Cricut Maker to cut the material and.....I love it.
Anyone with dexterity or hand/ wrist issues will surely understand how hard cutting material can be. I will say, it was a breeze doing it this way utilizing my machine with the added cutting blade.

So, simple, plain, and easy, worked for me and gave me many more ideas to attempt for holiday gifts.

Here's my first attempt, machine cut flowers hot glued to a grapevine wreath.

Pretty fall....

wagon.

Using my fabulous win from Chriss over at Scrapping with Chriss and Lou's blog, I created my first projects using 3D svg.... Dreaming Tree
designs.

I took a few different photos with the mini lights on...still needs a little tweaking however...I'm just loving it.  Thank you Chriss for the win and Leo (3DSVG.com) for amazing designs.

Boo tiful Blossom, my first one put together, again it needs a lot of tweaking....love...love these designs.

A few more leaves and flowers...some moss, and floral goodies will finish it off.

I was so excited.... just had to post my first done... photos.

Best part is it cut out so quick and smooth and assembly was a breeze even with my arthritic hands.

Entering the wagon over at DL ART September 2019 Linky Anything Goes.

OK off I go to see what to make next.

Scor-Pal

delight. Using my new Scor-Pal I created a quick no electric or machine needed adorable pencil box.

I just love this new Scor- Pal with the 8ths, quick easy and even though I've not retired my  Original Scor-Pal...I seem to be using the new one more.

I recently used Scor-Pal tape on more projects and find it hold much better than my ATG tape, awesome.....so here's my new project for today using a design from the book. They have so many free amazing tutorials on the website, this book was an added bonus to me for those times of not being online.

The added goodies were cut out with my Cricut.

Entering in the Scor-Pal blog challenge.

I'm off to craft land...blessings and hugs, Lori m
